I looked at the online reviews and photos on their website. I sent then 2 sets of pics of the cat.
It took 3.5 months. I was never sent tracking despite asking. The plush looks nothing like the cat. The nose, and ears are too large. It has an angry demonic look. The face around nose and mouth turned gray. I contacted them and was told i was sent the incorrect plush. Upon sending pics they said i was sent correct plush and mouth is sprayed with water soluble ink that "fades over time or is accidentally washed". I had the plush less than 2 weeks and didnt wash it! They want me to send the plush back to china at my expense for a 55-85% refund minus shipping!
I am very upset and disappointed with the plush! They say the results are "subjective "! I feel completely scammed and my grief taken advantage of!
