Purchased a dog backpack so that I can carry my elderly dog once he tires out on his walks. The backpack was for a 45lb dog and my dog is 30lbs so I thought it would be ok. It came with a 60 day return policy and a lifetime warranty against defects.

On its 3rd use, the buckle broke! The backpack and my dog flung to one side and I flung myself to the ground to prevent my dog from falling or hanging himself on the clip that attaches him to the pack. I alerted Petyfy immediately and wanted another pack thinking that the buckle was just defective. Lifetime warranty and I was well within the 60 days. No one ever picks up the 888 phone number given on their site for customer service. I did get an auto-reply from the contact form but I have never received a reply from a real person.

6 months later and my patience has worn out. Multitudes of attempts to contact the company to get my money back or a new backpack have fallen on no ears.

I purchased a dog backpack from them. It is faulty. They offer a lifetime warranty as advertised on their website and after contacting them via their contacts form they emailed back to say I could have a replacement or refund, so I opted for a refund but I have never heard from them since, despite contacting them continually.

I had a friend make an order to Petyfy through their Facebook page. Her order came but it took several weeks. At this point I figured they were legit so placed an order in Dec. 2020. I tried to contact the company multiple times in Feb. 2021 when there was no movement on the "tracking" number they sent. Finally got a reply a couple weeks later after multiple attempts to contact them. They said the items were "lost" and they'd reorder them. Now I can't even access my order on their confirmation email to me. Still haven't seen anything and Petyfy is not responding to my requests. Since then I've found out this happens to many people. A handful of people get their order, most don't. What I'm most irritated with is that Facebook doesn't remove them as an e-commerce site. I've complained to FB multiple times, and just as with Petyfy, I'm ignored.

I ordered a pet Waterproof Jacket + Nylon Leash for USD $35.99. According to the retailer Petyfy, the item was lost in the mail and could not be recovered. I have, per their suggestion, requested a refund. I have requested the refund three times and it has not appeared in my account. I do not have any other information about the company other than the Austria address listed below. The item was to be shipped from China and the tracking number is # is ****************** through YunExpress.

According to the company, I cannot reorder as the item is no longer available. Any help with this is appreciated. The Petyfy looks totally legit but their responses back to me offer little recourse and is repetitive.

My order was taken on 01/07/2021 and their last response stated "With that said, it appears that this package is lost in the mail. The post office cannot guarantee that it will be delivered, and since it has been a month since shipment, I am not hopeful that it will arrive. We have had this happen from time to time, and unfortunately, it is out of our hands. I would like to process a reshipment for you however upon checking our Petyfy backpack / jacket is currently SOLD OUT. We still want to make up with you by giving you a full refund for the total amount you pay for."

I ordered a jacket for my dog and never received it. I reached out to customer service and heard back from them that it was in transit. Tried reaching out to them again and they never responded. I checked the tracking number they gave me and it just still says in transit. It’s been in transit for 30 days now. They have an 800 phone number on the website but no one answered and I can’t seem to find an actual address for them. I checked online reviews and this has happened to several people. Wish I had checked before I placed the order.

I purchased a pet backpack after seeing a Facebook ad. They never shipped my item and when I looked into shipment tracking it said tracking # did not exist.
