Hi,
I ordered a kneeler pad and the last day that paypal was going to refund my money they sent me this cheap little bag thing that looks like it hangs on a chair. Tried to contact Phaeton Information Technology with no luck. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! BAD BUSINESS!

Same here...ordered a garden kneeling bench...only received the green side Velcro pouch for a few small tools. The company is a SCAM. Didn't know it at the time, though. PayPal is STILL(after almost 5 months) does NOT have this issue resolved. I'm going to try my VISA card company which is where the charge appears on.

Hello I made a order on Facebook for 2 Blue Picinc table cooler sets and paid $45.00. I never got the table cooler sets. I only got 2 small stools. I placed this order back in April please answer back . I sent 2 emails to [email protected] that was listed as person in merchant section as to why i had not received my tables with no reply. then June 26 2020 I received 2 Tiny stools. I want my money back and am willing to return theses two tiny stools back to you if you provide a return shipping label. I have no phone # to call.

Ordered 2 outdoor refrigerators in June still have not received them as yet did receive a bag I would like my refrigerators or my money refunded.

I ordered a padded knee protector which also turns into a bench for sitting and gardening. This was ordered in May and it's now near the end of August. I opened a dispute through PayPal and it's under investigation. The company sent PayPal a fake tracking number which I am sure they will be able to track to FAKE. I am out about $26 but hope I can rely on PayPal to refund my money. The company in question is Phaeton Information Technology Co Ltd. My location is 92562

Denise...Same thing happened to me. Ordered a padded kneeling bench...only got the side Velcro pouch. Can't seem to get this SCAM issue resolved through PayPal...so I'm getting VISA involved. The charge is on my VISA card linked to my PayPal acct. DON"T rely on PayPal to refund your money because so far, after almost 5 months of this NONSENSE, they haven't for me.

PayPal found no dispute for us good luck. We ordered 2 picnic table coolers and got 2 tiny foldable stools that is too small for my 2 tear old grandaughter.
