pheonix financial services has called me about 10 time with a threatening demeanor in an attempt to intimidate me into giving them my credit card and address information claiming they are for medical bills that i have not recieved, saying that the doctors are demanding payment for these services. The representitive refused to tell me about his company or talk to a supervisor. He threated to ruin my credit report more than once and called me unruly and thats why he has to call for this collection the price changed twice in the duration of the calls and he refused to provide any proof as to who he or his company is.
