SCAM!!!! BEWARE

I was also contacted with an offer to sell my timeshare that I have with Club Exploria. I was then contacted by the attorneys at Philip H Lee office located in L.A. They actually sound very educated and I believed them. I received letters from Club Exploria regarding the sale, letters from the attorney, a copy of the escrow account showing that the buyers had already sent the funds to the attorney. It all seemed legal until I received the information for the wire transfer. It didn't seem right and the wire transfer was to a bank in Mexico. I contacted my sister, she helped me completed a full investigation and concluded that this was a scam. Thank God I didn't wire the $19,000. I called them and told them that I knew it was a scam, he was very angry and I hung up. He sent me 2 emails after that. Please beware! they are very smart and educated people. They go through all the steps that's needed to sell a timeshare! VERY SMART SCAMMERS!

I was contacted by phone with an offer to buy my vacation rental at Club Solaris in Mexico. They offered a very generous offer, and I agreed to go along with it. They referred me to Lee Law Office in Los Angeles as the intermediary. Then they said I'd have to send a wire for $2550 to Club Solaris to get out of my rental agreement. I was suspicious and looked at the email address. It was similar to the one used by Club Solaris, but it was not the same. I never answered their calls after that.
