I went to Philips Dachshunds at https://rockydachshundshome.com/. They stated to get a puppy I would need to send $350.00 each in Walmart gift cards. They stated they lived around Ft Bragg in Columbus, GA. But I know Ft Bragg is in NC not GA. I called BBB.
