The scammer stated the targeted person was hacked and had personal info. Asked to open iPhone and go to Settings>Privacy & Security>Analytics & Improvements>Analytics data. Stated this was where AI from a hacker was using info from this phone. Stated hackers have used credit card info found on this phone to purchase child pornography in Germany. Stated the Facebook account found on this phone was logged in, in VA, TX, Germany and international location. Not to use this phone for any personal [banking] for 24 hours until they could put something in place, reporting the fraudulent activity. Gave his name as Jack Scott, and filed ticket # 7632 to report this hack. He kept asking for bank name and he would connect me with their main location to report this. He did know target's address (public information). Unfortunately target did provide phone number. Target refused to give up bank name and he became belligerent, asking, why are you skeptical? Don't you understand they will take everything from your bank accounts? He asked repeatedly for this info and target asked him to provide what he had and he became more belligerent and ended the call.
