This is for the position of a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant. I own an art gallery and tend to operate at a high cost of operation and would love to cut down my expenses by employing a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant.

I will return to the States in three weeks time so this process will be ongoing till then. THEN I RECEIVED THE CHECK IN THE MAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO CASH THE CHECK. ONCE CASHED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:
Hello,
I want you to handle the assignment first thing in the morning. You'll be purchasing $3500 Money Order at Post office in $1000 denomination each (Three pieces of $1000 and one pieces of $500 Money Order) which will be used for the balance of the purchase of some pre-designed artwork for the art gallery. I have notified the suppliers already, so you'll be buying the Money Order in the supplier's name and send to them via FedEx First Overnight delivery.
The artwork will be shipped to you pending my arrival so try and find a secure and tidy place or environment to keep them when it gets to you by next Tuesday. Make sure to leave the money orders blank (Reason for leaving the money order blank the Suppliers company accountant shift changes so the accountant on duty when the package arrives will register it in). Make sure to also include the "MONEY ORDERS RECEIPT" in the envelope when mailing out the money orders via FedEx OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT Shipping (Next Day Delivery 8AM Delivery) to the name and address below. I'll also need you to send me the tracking so I can send to them for record and confirmation.
