This supposed company has called me more than 25 times in the last 2 weeks. They've called me to take a health insurance about a healthcare plan that they will not describe to me because I tell them continually that I did not apply for anything and I did not put my name down for anything. I have called these people repeatedly and I get hung up on. I called him asking where they got my information and immediately what I'm transferred to a supervisor. My phone is disconnected. Otherwise, other associates tell me there is no supervisor on scene which leads me to the conclusion that the previous people who said they were transferring me to a supervisor were lying. Finally, after 20 some calls back to them and getting hung up on. I found an associate of their company who flat out told me they don't call from a list of people who applied for insurance like everyone else on the phone told me they do... They are literally calling every number in the yellow pages. While it's not illegal to cold call, it is illegal to tell someone that they're personal information has been garnered by their own acts. I cannot get to the bottom of this but I'm smarter than most people and I won't fall prey to such a thing. But I guarantee you most people would. This is an absolute atrocity as a business to not have any accountability. Please consider them for review. Thank you for your time.
