They claim to be from financial services wanting to make an appointment to visit the house to help with social security service to help financially. When a Spanish speaking person was requested, they claim they didn't have anyone at the moment and insisted on making appointment to visit the house next day (Saturday at 3pm) when she insistent on a Spanish speaking translator the lady on the phone said that she will discontinue the case.

I called requestion information and the person said the case was discontinue and insisted that my family member did understand, when I clearly explain to her that my family member did not understand English.

I am concern about her personal information is out there.

A New York number kept calling me without leaving a voicemail so I called back and the person said “is this Mr. my-last-name” I said “yes this is Mr. my-last-name” and they hung up. I called back and there was an automated message saying press 1 to speak to a representative and 9 to put on the do not call list. I pressed 9 and hung up.

They called and left several messages about they needed more info to approve my application. Also said, they see no reason why, I wouldnt be approved. I never called them back, however, I did my own investigation and immediately checked my credit report

The person only spoke Spanish and stated that "American Products" is suing me for breach of contract and in two days they will come and serve me with the papers, but the conversation disconnected when I answered in English that I don't know that company.
