This person called and spoke with my sister and called and left a message for me with my mother. Stating that there was a Civil case/matter against me that I have been notified about over 30 days ago and I have not responded. If I don't call them today 4/19/2024 before 5PM, then a judgment will be made without my input. I canned the number back that was left on my moms voicemail and that my sister gave me and the message that came on when I called was, " Thank you for calling the Mercedes Benz of San Jose. I dialed the number three times to be sure, each time, the number to press to get to someone was different, at first it rang then said press 4 to continue, then I called it said press 6 to continue then the final time I called it rang then said press 5 to continue. I hung up and informed me mom and sister that it was a scam. Please note that no one has ever reached out to me, only my family members.

The caller identified my birthdate on the message and advised me to call the number back because there’s a dispute being filed. This number calls three- five times a week.

Has been calling all of the people that have the same last name as me giving them my personal info.
