A friend I knew years ago sent me a facebook message to apply for the IFC grant.

I had to choose the amount of money I wanted and give them my full name, address, age, occupation, monthly income, telephone

number, email address and a photo of myself. So I choose the amount of money I wanted and found out I had to pay money to get

it delivered. She said once I pay the money my winning money will be delivered.. I did not want to give my bank account number

so I didn't do anything. I think IFC is fraud cause you shouldn't have to pay money to receive winning money. Supposedly the person

I knew won money and she said she paid her fee and got her money.. I think she might be involved too. The agents name from IFC

is Linda Joe. Please don't contact me cause I want to be safe and don't want them to know I reported them
