I was emailed by "Start Afresh" and it stated that my Norton Antivirus would auto renew for $299.99, but if I didn't want it to renew to call the number listed. The invoice looked very professional with the Norton logo, invoice number, and product ID. I don't have Norton antivirus, and wanted to clear this matter up. I told the person on the phone this, and he said for me to log in to my computer so he could remove the software. I told him that I was not logging in, and that this was a scam. He hung up.
