Employee was called on their company cell phone from a person claiming to be Rogers stating that the phone had been hacked. Employee hung up. The phone number and email address is now being used to request services from ScamPulse.com companies.

These companies are calling, texting and emailing the employee attempting to arrange appointments for the requested services.

I believe this was a "say yes" scam. The caller claimed to be from Rogers and asked "can you hear me?" I said yes. Then he asked other questions that tried to get me to say "yes that sounds good."

The original e-mail linked to a docusign document asking for birthday, company name, title at company and address.

I called rogers and confirmed that this is not an e-mail that they had sent.
