Person called saying that they were from the Department of Commerce and that there were multiple reports of charges to my Amazon account. (Could barely understand this person as they were foreign and in a busy area with background noise). The person knew my name and asked if I had an Amazon account. I told the person that I did not think they were real and to give me a number to call them back at. The person only kept asking why I did not this he was real. I subsequently hung up on them and then blocked the number and am currently reporting the issue.
