During my communication with this individual, I inquired about what housing services she provides.To my surprise, I was informed by her that any questions regarding pricing or programs would require a paid consultation fee of $25. I proceeded to ask if the consultation would include guidance on housing matters, to which I was informed that it solely pertains to questions related to pricing and services. This raised suspicions about the nature of her services.
Furthermore, this person is also advertising the provision of various documents, such as doctors' letters, skills certificates, pay stubs, and offer letters. It is my concern that she may be engaging in fraudulent activities by charging individuals for job offer letters and falsifying documents to create an impression that the individual has completed specific classes, courses, or schooling.
Given the circumstances, I strongly believe that an investigation into this matter is warranted to ensure the protection of individuals seeking housing services and to prevent any potential fraudulent activities. I kindly request that you look into this person's operations and take appropriate action to address any misconduct.
