Spoofer claiming to be IRS saying owed taxes.

Calling from India. Indian accent.

I received a phone call on my cell phone. I couldn't hear them. They asked me "Can you hear me?" Unfortunately I said yes. He said, ok, thank you. Then he said he was from the IRS at which point i realized I should hang up. So now they have my voice saying yes and I've read about these scams. It was a local number and my caller ID verified the number so i unassumingly answered thinking it was a new doctor i was waiting to hear from. What do I do now to protect myself?
