Scammer (Business Travel Bureau) called and pretended to be a member of group sales for the NBMBAA. They confirmed that my hotel block was still pending and not complete because I needed to place a hold on my room with a credit card. They pretended to book a block of rooms for me and after learning from the association that this was not them I quickly called to cancel. Now looking at the hotel's website, I realize that this is not an actual hotel (The Eldon Luxury Suites) and the website is also fake. This is an intricate scam.
