I received a call from a woman named Tammy H. She told me she was with United Healthcare. She was asking for my personal information but she already had my mothers address. When we hung up I decided to call back but she was never available. Each time I called I spoke to a different person.

Caller identified as United Healthcare. Said there were some updates to my insurance plan and I needed to call 844-965-0017. Have received this call several times from 602-610-1306 but it never rings through the phone, only goes straight to voice-mail.

I just got an eMail from them, (I did NOT respond to it ~ because I suspected it was a fraud)..!

I did go online to see if it was common, that's when I noticed your (bbb) scamtracker site.

That's where i am now & how I got here!

My sister received a mailer stating company was United Healthcare and they maybe able to assist with Medical Supplement expenses, i.e. Medicare Part B savings, utility savings, nutrition and transportation.

When we called the number, the man said his name is Ray but he had a very heavy accent. He asked if sister was a United Healthcare member and asked for UNC member id. I then got suspicious and said before we give number, I was going to check the phone number. He then said he would transfer us to member services. I saw the phone number had a scam id attached so we hung up.
