immediately after listing my motorcycles on Kijiji, I got 2-4 texts within 24hrs all from different people, all wanting me to get a history report on my bike from various websites. As soon as I tell them I have the carfax report, they start trash-talking carfax and telling me that their website has better info. I offer to give them the VIN number to get any report they want. Most stop trying after that but some kept arguing with me to try to get me to pay for the reports they request. I'm sure it's a scam where they create (or buy) the website and simply keep the $20-$35 you pay for the report.
