Received a card in the mail that said to scratch off the numbers and, if matched, I would receive one of four prizes. Since I read that this is a scam, I did not call the number, but wanted to report it so it is on record.

Received letter from unidentified company saying "You are a finalist in our Viking River Cruise" and "You and your spouse are cordially invited to attend the Cruise Travel Expo 2025." There was a small plastic item (2" x 1") attached to the letter with a pull tab. The instructions said "Pull the tab on the attached V.I.N. Gauge and your 6 digit V.I.N. number will light up. Then scratch off the circle below..." to see if numbers match and if you are a grand prize winner. Tel. 855-540-9664, V.I.P. Winning number: 152436, Offer Code: PTC0225. Return address on envelope is a UPS Store. Did not pull tab, did not call number. Obviously a scam so threw in trash.
