Without thinking I went to the site and it took me to a reputable looking site that looked identical to the USPS website and asked for me to reconfirm the address for the package I did so, including address name phone number and email (entering the name and address of a friend because this was intended to be a present).
Clicking next, it then asked for a payment of $0.30, thirty cense. I filled out no payment information and then backed closed the site.
