I tried to convince her that there's a CARFAX report included in the add but she kept insisting that the carfax is not showing all the information she needs, and she only trust the vreportcheck, when i consistently refused to buy another report she said that she will pay for the report as an addition to the car price but she need to be safe by getting the infrmation from a trusted source.
As i'm pretty sure that the information about my car are true. I accepted to buy the report in this term. so i bought it and i send it to her, and then she stoped messaging me. In the evening i texted her to see if she is happy with the report and to confirm the appointment next morning. She said: oh i can't come tomorrow, maybe next week. next week?! how come a serious used car buyer wait for a whole week? then i noticed that she didn't even ask for my address, then i realised that she didn't intent to come from the first place. she's just made me buy the report and her mission accomplished.
I faced the same story with 3 other fake buyers they did the same tricks but everyone asked for a different report from different website like: www.gertvinreport.com
and
myvinfax.com
they all called directly after i have posted the add. i was surprised about how fast i had 3 buyers interested in my ad. then i understood that they are not really buyers, but they are report sellers doing cheap tricks to convince the car seller to buy a report from the company that they work for.
I'm not saying that the companies are fraud, i'm not sure about that. but either this way of selling is approved by the companies, and that makes them complying with the scammers, or the agents are acting by themselves so the companies need to take action against this by setting a strict and clear regulations about the way of selling. and of course they need to fire these agents.
So, i have been manipulated buy 3 scammers. and i'm sending this letter to raise awareness about this way of way of cheating.
