A potential scammer contacted me via text message, mistakenly addressing me as "Richard" and inquiring about cleaning services. I clarified that I am not Richard and do not offer cleaning services. Despite this, the individual persisted, attempting to correct themselves by stating that their name was Richard and they were still seeking cleaning services. I chose not to respond.

Curiously, all of the text messages from this individual subsequently disappeared from my inbox. However, due to my enabled backup feature, I can still access our previous conversations if they contact me again.

Later that night, I received another text message from the same number, simply saying "hi." I promptly reported the number as a scam to ******* and blocked it. Notably, this number did not retain my previous responses from the previous day, as mentioned earlier.
