Phoenix Flower Delivery 4 All. This location is a fraud; the website looks very legitimate and is proficient in taking your money but nothing exists. We ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral service and it never arrived; nobody at the shop could be reached. We contacted a person via 877-613-4066, a number attached to the website, the person spoke broken English and kept saying "they were trying to locate the driver, but the flowers were on their way". These flowers were ordered 3 days ago and we had actual correspondence via e-mail with a supposed employee from the florist shop; there was no reason for a mistake.
