this person said that she had puppies for free. when I spoke to this person, she told me that there was a rehoming fee of $150. I told her great, well she was supposed to got to me on Saturday night, well it ended going into the next day Sunday and she would not let me have the puppy unless I gave her an extra $225, I told her no way, you only said $150. Well, there were never any puppies, she had fake pictures and everything.
