I have received multiple letters and phone calls stating the account is hundreds of dollars in arrears which is accuring debt. Plus they are sending to FSA collection agency. This is harrassment and I believe we are going to send them a letter from our lawyer.

I keep receiving notices of years of unpaid invoices for Phoenix Vacations. I have never used this bogus company. The most recent was a collection notice from FSA (Financial Services of America) I will not pay this as I never used it! Someone needs to investigate them.

This company is a scam and I just got a letter in the mail about my past due account of $2500+ and I have never used them and they are threatening to send to collections. I will not pay this bill because I have never used it and don't want whatever it is.
Some lady named Joanne Wason sent me this letter with a number 866.390.2217.

Phoenix vacations is a scam

Joann Watson from Phoenix Vacations, Travel Department, contacted me telling me that old past due membership fees. They have been trying diligently to reach me and I have been unresponsive. Obviously I did not join Phoenix vacation membership because it’s not a real company. The phone number I have is 866-390-2217.

Received overdue notice for 15 years of unpaid dues totaling 4,203.00. Meanwhile I have never heard of this company nor have I ever received mail trying to collect this money in the past. This is a total scam and disgusting. They ask you to mail money to Travel Department P.O. Box 447, Litchfield, IL 62056

It is stated final notice with threats of escalating the claim and legal consequences.

I received a false solicitation informing me that I had purchased a travel service years ago and not paid them. I called them and asked them to produce a contract, they said they had lost it. I have never used or purchased any service from this organization. It is 100% a scam. It was interesting that they had my middle name as I never spell out my middle name.
