I ordered an item from this company two months ago online and never received it. I cash contact the company because there website won't allow it.

i searched for a product on google and found it for a great price at this website. I purchased the gift and three months later i still have yet to receive it, but the money was taken out of my account right away. I have tried to email the contact us part of the website and have not heard anything back. It just says when i look at my order on their website"We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status".

I made a purchase from this website https://www.phoncolmi.com/ on 9/12/18...on the same day I received an email from them with my ORDER #2977 stating that my shipment will leave warehouse in 3-4 days and I should receive it within 3-4 weeks...well i did not get it and i have sent multiple emails to them and got no response back...they have no contact number to call ...they dont even have an address....just another email [email protected] doing more research i was able to pull this Message Id
