A woman called leaving a voicemail with her name and phone number. She said that there wasn’t issue of a business matter that needed to be tended to urgently. She left her phone number and said please call me back right away. It’s very very urgent. Of course I did not call her back. I put the phone number in Google to search and nothing came up. There was not a single page that came up. Then I did try to call her and all I got was three little dots that rang and it hung up on me.

They call me 4-6 times per day, all from different numbers, so blocking doesn’t help. They’re asking about loans or tax payoff, all from “Jessica”. It’s become harassment.

Phone call with the premise of the "Say Yes Scam" - phone call answered, was asked "Is this Mrs. MyLastName" - responded "Yes what is this entailing" and then the call went dead / offline.

They called and I answered the phone (BBB Redacted Consumer Name). The person on the other end said (BBB Redacted Consumer Name)and I said yes and they hung up. I tried to call back, but it goes blank the phone number does.

Received a voicemail from someone claiming there was a civil suit against my wife and they needed to deliver certified documents to her work or our home that require her signature. Directed her to call back a different number to get more info.

The scammer tried to start a video chat with me via WhatsApp link but the link didnt work. I blocked them, but an hour later they text my cell phone with images of my personal information and my family's personal information and threated to send lewd photos they created to my family and local social media pages unless I paid them. I paid them $100 through then they demanded more and would still send the photos. I paid another $100 to a different PayPal, but they continued to demand more. I then called the police and blocked the number.

The scammer called with a name, mentioned an unknown company in a not understandable way and claimed to be buying houses. When called back using *67 the scammer was immediately able to ascertain phone details only available with phone network equipment.

Received a call from 888-883-3016 and they wanted my social security number and my name. I said no one would be calling me and asking for this information. It is a scam call.

The caller asked, "Can you hear me"? I said, "Yes, I can", and immediately the phone disconnected.

A gentleman called and stated that he was in our computer and that we would be charged $299 to our credit card for requested services if I did not cancel request. He wanted me to allow him to go into my computer to show me what he was talking about, then stated that he was already in my computer. I asked him to tell me what was currently showing on my screen and he became very defensive. He stated that if I didn't cancel, by calling another number, my credit card would be charged. He could not provide me with the information on my computer or what card would be charged.

Received a phone call today from 469-733-4113. It was a robo call. It said that they detected abnormal activity on my social security number and my social security number was suspended... I needed to call them back or press 1 to be connected with someone to verify it..

i got a call at 3:31 and picked up, the person asked me if i had direct tv, i replied back yes and they hung up.

it sounded like they also recorded me.
