I was trying to order a phone case. When I first pushed make payment, it automatically came back and said payment failed. I checked the code. I checked all the information because it was a gift card. Then I tried again it said the same thing. Then I went to the car called it to check, and the payment actually went through, I emailed them over and over and over and they kept saying it didn’t go through didn’t go through and I’m like but my card said it did. Then they came back saying it was a risk payment but the payment still went through. Over a couple of days they started taking out a few dollars here and a few dollars there , I went back to the card website and the name of the place where the payment went changed. So I emailed them and then I found your phone number. I talked to a lady there and she said White saying the payment didn’t go through and I’m like, but I’ve sent screenshots showing where the payment didn’t go through . And she goes well. Let me get you over to another part of the company I was like OK she put me on hold for a few minutes came back and said they’re busy with other customers. Can they call you back. And I was like, of course so I gave them my phone number , I have not heard for them at all. I emailed them again and told them there is proof that money came off of the card. You’ll need to fix it and I’ve not heard back from them. The gift card had $50 on it when I got it it now has 2.05. I’m not sure if both screenshots are showing on here I hope so. First one has it at 7.02 and then the other one is the 2.05. Please help!
