Ordered an Incipio Stowaway iPhone 8 case. The order was placed online around July 31, 2024. Per a 7/31/24 email , order was placed 8/1/24 and Order #36292923649. Second email 8/1/24 advised "$26.97 USD has been billed to your card. The charge will appear as Moonyblue. Your order has been processed for shipping." The charge $26.97 posted to credit card 8/5/24 under the name Moonyblue, Richmond Hill, ON. Email sent 8/2/24 said "Your order has recently been sent. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that it's an international delivery, check our site for important notices on estimates and time frames." A tracking number was provided. Email sent 8/6/24 said "shipment confirmation for your Phone Case Wiz order #36292923649." Two international tracking numbers were provided and a USPS tracking number. Final USPS tracking stage said "US, Springfield, IL 62711, Delivered, In/At Mailbox ->Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:56 pm on Aug 4, 2024 in Springfield, IL 62711 2024-08-04 12:56." The item received from the company was a Nvollnoe phone case via Amazon (the package came in a padded Amazon envelope). The phone case was not the case I ordered.

Initially, a customer service form was filled out on the company website stating the incorrect phone case had been sent. On 8/15/24 I (the buyer) sent an email to the company stating that this was the 2nd request asking for help with the wrong phone case being delivered and included pictures of the wrong case that was sent and requesting the correct phone case be sent immediately. The company's representative sent a reply 8/16/24, saying, "Hello. Thank you for your email. We are sorry about this. We will request warehouse to send you the item you ordered. Thank you. Rin - Customer Service."

After that, from 8/17/24 to 10/12/24 numerous emails were exchanged with Rin and Milky. None of these resulted in the sending of the correct phone case. All that was ever said by the company's customer service were excuses stating, "they were working on getting the correct phone case shipped", "they were sorry and truly appreciated patience and understanding", "once an update is available we will update you accordingly," etc.
