They had my name and last 4 of my social. It was a scare tactic call about a 20 year old loan and said if I didn't pay they would garnish my income . I had no knowledge of any action being taken against me . When I asked about the amount it was over $20,000 dollars but they would settle for $3,000 . She said it was all on my credit report. I looked and nothing was there. I all most went for it but didnt
