My son called what to be the manufacturer company to fix his screen. I received an email with a fex label with instructions. He packed it and shipped it from a fex drop off sight. Fex confirmed delivery to label address on May 25,2024 @ 2:03 pm signed for by a G. Carrillo. This company says they don't receive it and they'd open a investigation. It's been weeks with no response from company and by phone they just give the run around. Since they created the label they have the confirmation number which they keep telling us we need to provide.
