Someone saying their name was Eric from nationwide legal called my brother from Atlanta (I am in Florida) saying that they will garnish from my bank account, car, tax returns, wages earned, etc stating that Capitol One (which I dont have) was claiming that I owe them. When I asked, in regards to what? The person didnt tell me. But that person knew the last 4 of my social. So itold them I will dispute whatever he was saying. And he said that they will mail me a dispute form to fill within the next 30 days. After I hung up, i looked up the number for nationwide legal, and that is not the number. Also. I have nothing that I owe, or any late payments on my cellphone (which is the only monthly bill that I pay).
