Phone number to call back was 833-250-9515 and the number they originally called from was masked. Called the original number back and it was another person that answered the call with no knowledge of the call.

I have had 7 phone calls today from this number (786)309-8399. I finally answered it. The guy I couldn’t understand real clear asked me if I had bought a $300. Necklace. He said it was on my credit card and he needed me to get my card to verify the number. I hung up, and he called again. I didn’t answer. I sure hope this guy or company gets caught.

A woman left a voice message on my cell phone for my elderly mother saying she was the document processing center. She said they needed to speak with her right away in regard to the paperwork/documents that had been sent out to her a few days before about a complaint that had been made against her. Said she needed to call back as soon as possible before any legal action was taken against her. First of all my mother has not lived in El Paso for about 7 years now, and second of all I don't think a professional from the city of El Paso would leave a message that sounded like a cow chewing on their cud. She must of been eating her lunch or something but what a pig!! I still have the message saved just incase it may help to convict this cow of a crime.

Phone call. Male person, no accent detected, said: "Are you (name)? Answer yes or no". Answered " What is this about?". Then he said, "Your daughter has been in an accident." Answered: " I have no daughter" . Scammer said: " This is Horseheads calling. ( really was Tucson Arizona ID on the phone). " I have your son here. Here's your son" Then another male voice came on the phone and said, " I've been in an accident," Answered: "What is your name?" The male voice said "Don't you know my name?" Answered: "I know your name. Don't you know your name?" With that exchange, the Scammers disconnected the call.

They stated that I was going to be served documents if I didn’t make arrangements at that time. Supposedly is an account from2001 a chase credit card that was not paid. I had to make some sort of arrangement or they were suing me.

Phone call was trying to get me to say ‘yes’ and asked if I was X person. Once I said ‘this is X, yes’ the call was hung up. Subsequent attempts to return the call rang through but were immediately rejected.

The caller Patricia contacted my place of employment, and my daughter stating her name is Patricia with PSV stating there is a civil suit against and she has certified legal documents that require my signature. The issuing firms number is 1-888-386-5398 case #2024-285297

In addition they asked to speak to my supervisor. Unfortunately the receptionist did confirm my employment.

This scammer has called me from multiple different phone numbers, usually from a Texas county where I live. They always leave a voicemail exactly like the script shared. Even if I block the number, they find a new number to call me through.

Caller I thought was from Anthem asked if I could hear her. I said

“yes, I can”and she hung up. Remembered I had heard of this as part of a scam, so am reporting.
