WELL OVER 10 TIMES A WEEK I GET CALLS THAT START AT 6 AM, FROM A NUMBER 520-371-5380/ STATES THEY FILED A JUDGEMENT.
I file for bankruptcy so everything owed is on this case. I have advised this fake company with Mr. Winston, Jeremy an Linda, all cussing an hanging up when you spit laws at them. they only gave me this address cus I said whom do I send the court papers to. Winston will say Jeremy is not there is was put on leave for they way he talks to consumers. then bam next day I get a call from him. THEY SAY I OWN MONEY TO AN ACE checking, for 1800, yet can place time or checking place. they state its between 9 entities. if they are in fact in Tampa, AZ is a no contact state, meaning outside the state cant collect on instate debt. also the fcc has a strict policy no calls to homes or companies before 8 am.. you calling my home line which is a business line at 6am...

next after I gave them my bankruptcy information an recorded most of the calls with all these above reps. it is a $1,000.00 fine for ever call after this. as of this morning the lawyers have 7 calls recorded. at this point they going to be fined an sued. scam or not. the calls that the number is attached to goes to an address in az. traced to an old lady. so they spoofing numbers as well.

they claim there name is client mediation services, however uneducated as these scammers are that's not the name dummy its the field. ...

please just block them. they are a fake company trying to access public information on behalf of what they found in a court log or credit check.. FRAUD!

Dear Debtor,

As you are a defaulter on this credit, the United Legal Investigation Bureau has stated three serious allegations against you, and they are:

(1) Violation of federal banking regulations

(2) Collateral check fraud

(3) Theft by deception

This is in reference to your ACS account, and we wanted to let you know that despite sending several emails, we were unable to reach you.  So the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press charges against you.

Your account with ACS is in final collections. According to our records, your outstanding balance was $1887.00.

If you will not resolve this issue outside of the courthouse, then we have to take legal action against you, and thereafter, within 24 hours, the local sheriff's county officer will land up at your doorsteps and will provide you with the hard copy of the arrest warrant, court summons, and court subpoenas.

Please respond as soon as possible with your intention.

I answered a phone call where I heard a recorded message saying that a judgment would be filed against me for a debt that had been in collections and unpaid. The message told me to stay on the line to speak to a representative. When the representative was on the phone, she said I owed 1800 for a payday loan. I told her that another payday loan company already contacted me in August asking for money and who the payday loan company was. She said either Speedy Cash, Ace Cash, or some other company and I owed them$1800. I was upset because I took out loans but thought I paid them off.

I asked her what the loan date was and she gave me a vague date: August 2016. I told her that the last loan from Speedy Cash was taken in August 2020, and I had confirmation of paying the loan, so why would Speedy Cash approve a loan in 2020 if I owed them from August 2016? Also, because of California law, Speedy Cash could only loan a maximum of $300. She asked me to hold on while she spoke to her supervisor.

When she got back on the phone, she said they had been sending me notices for payment, which made no sense because I checked my mail and never received any notices. She insisted they had been sent. She also said that they were willing to settle for a lesser amount of $698. I still wasn't sure this was legit, but I was threatened with legal action, so I agreed to pay. I gave them a credit card number. The woman identified herself as Amber Roberts, and she could be contacted at (559) 342-9251, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

After I talked to Amber Roberts I was transferred to "Michael Price" who collected the credit card info and then emailed a DocuSign document to sign.

(I've attached it to this report.)

The document is one page and there is no information about the original lender, loan, or collections.
