- Nyack, NY, USA • Feb 27, 2024

I received a letter which appeared to be associated to my bank. It stated that its important to contact the company because my Home Warranty was not up to date and in danger of delay. No accurate account information was provided but they did have some private information such as the name of my Mortage Company and address.

When I called they stated they are here to sign me up for a Home Warranty. When I asked about why a Home Warranty was not needed in the past, things got suspicions and I choose to tell them that I would rather hear this directly from the Mortgage company. They were still trying to talk me into buying crap as I hung up.
