The scammer sent a letter stating that this is a final notice to contact JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA to get my Home Warranty up to date. It goes on to explain why it's important to secure a home warranty, as we would be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs. It lists examples of repair/replacement costs for air conditioner, hot water heater, furnace, and refrigerator. There's a fake customer ID and a phone number to call. The letter sounds very urgent, but there is no return/physical address, no email address, and no website. The notice and envelope doesn't have any logo.

A letter informing my Mother that her home warranty may be expiring or may have expired. Final attempt to notify us etc. We don’t have a home warranty and never have.
