I received two letters in the mail in regards to having me send $148.67 to the "Annual Records Service," located at 9322 3rd Avenue, suite 431, Brooklyn, NY 11209. The money was to file Annual Records Service for an LLC I own. I'm attaching the letter.

The letter used my business name, had a notice ID number, said it was mandatory to file due to a new federal legislature. It said the filing was "aimed to prevent financial crimes." "This is a proactice requirement aimed at helping create more transparency in ownership structures. This will prevent bad actors from hiding behind corporate shields."
