Paid for a lifetime registration of photo software. Program will not register. Have spent the last month and a half fighting with "support" to register manually. They linked the registration key to a different software ID than the one they provided a download link for but refuse to fix the problem and just keep sending me the exact same info over and over again. I always get the same person even when I start a new email thread. Supposedly the problem was forwarded to someone higher but I still haven't heard anything more from anybody. And worthless Paypal refuses to refund me because they sent a key, even though it doesn't work.
