I purchased a GPS collar from phyhomelife.com on 08/04/2022. The collar was too big for my cat, so I asked the seller how I can return the product and get a refund. The seller replied that they don't accept returns, even thou their website stated that "if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused) you can return it for a full refund."
Email reply from the seller:
"Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting.
First of all, thank you very much for choosing our products.
We’re so sorry for the unsatisfied purchase.
We’re willing to solve the problem.
Our products are no quality problems and cannot be refunded
I am really sorry that the product is not satisfactory to you.
Yours Sincerely"
After 12 emails back and forth between me and the seller, they still refused to accept the return. Also, when I purchased the collar, the address of the company was in California, now it is changed to China. On the package that I received the return address was:
