Ordered a low price toolkit that was allegedly sent by the company to my mailbox. However the shipping skips the regional post office and goes straight from Illinois to my small town mailbox. I contacted the company and keep getting told to wait 5 business daus which I have and they repeatedly say the same thing. Now they are tryong to offer 30% refund.

They took my money and when i emailed them they said they can not help me that its my problem and to not report them to the bbb so im doing exactly that. They are 100% scamming people out of alot of money and i want my $126 back.
