I ordered pot and pan, they never came so I email the company twice

The first time they didn't respond at all. I emailed them again and CC: ScamPulse.com and they responded they me to go look on Logistics Tracking site. I did and it shows it was delivered on January 27, but it's not even in the STATE if live in.

Online purchase was made for 2 separate items on Dec 3rd per order status shipping time frame would be 8-15 business days. On Dec 17th I received notification items were delivered, items were not delivered. I contacted seller and was advised they received confirmation the items were delivered, when I finally was given the correct tracking number I came to realize my items were delivered to Hawaii. I reached out to the seller multiple times after checking on status for items go be delivered or full refund. Seller continues to respond with "wait patiently 3-5 business days" It has been over a month and I haven't received My money back or the items purchased

Scammer advertised themselves as Sam’s Club with also using the Sam’s Club logo to sell a TV then took cash from my bank and sent me a confirmation email as Pidgenyes.com so that raised eyebrows googled and found others have been scammed. They have a Website where they are selling items at unbelievably low prices, taking peoples money and not delivering anything. They need to be stopped.
