False allegations against Pierce and Holland

Holland and Parker LLP IS A NON EXISTING SHELL COMPANY that emulates actual firm Pierce and Holland . These forms of cyber attacks are only malicious social engineering tactics to hinder legal actions against Western Union and its conspirators.

was contacted in a similar manner as the previous posters, fake website, and fake way of doing things, I reported them to the authorities, and friend helped report them to godaddy, but they haven't done anything as of yet

I had people contact me stating they were investigating western union transactions going to Africa. They further explained that there were indictments coming down and asked me what my relationship was with the person I was sending money to. I explained that this person was my family and that I knew him personally. They further explained that he was receiving money from several other people and that I could be charged with money laundering, aiding and abetting terrorism and racketeering charges. They explained that Pierce and Holland Law Firm in New York, New York was representing victims pro-bono. I called this law firm and they advised I would need to pay 1500.00 for each indictment to have my name removed from the list of criminals to avoid being indicted. There are pictures of the lawyers to contact shown on this website their resumes are copied form example website, and the 2 first attorneys their WHOLE resume is the same COPY/PASTE. After doing some research, I discovered these pictures were of someone other than who they claim to be. The pictures of the Attorneys are clearly stock photos. I advised them I knew this was a scam and I haven't heard from them since. They had wanted me to send money to a certain account through The Bank of America. They then wanted me to mail two money orders to an address in Miami Florida (936 SW 1st Ave) that turned out to be an UPS store, box number #912.

I was called by the "Financial Crimes Special Force Task team" They told me I was involved in a money scam issue that was leading to me being arrested/tried for money laundering and enabling terrorists. I was terrified because they had my information down. They gave me this number and told me to call Liam Pierce. I called and he told me they would get my case thrown out pro bono but I needed to cover the filing fees which would amount to $4500. I would need to money order that down to the CSA in Florida with just my name and case file # on the envelope. He also directed me not to put a receiver on the money order or alter it in any way. I need to get this done by tonight or tomorrow for him to "be able to work my hearing" which is scheduled for Friday. He also told me not to tell anyone about this so it does not get out into the public records. I believe this is a scam, the website seems off and I have seen on here there used to be a Holland and Parker. The email address in the signature is a Holland and Parker address and the address of the company is different from the website (appears to be that address of Holland and Parker). My guess is that the other one got taken down or exposed and they opened a new one. Would love to hear if others have had a similar experience.
