Pierce and Porter advertised via facebook ads that they are a New York-based company having a store closing sale on their "high quality men's and women's fashion". Their webpage includes multiple references to their New York, USA location and that that is where they are located. There is NO info whatsoever on the webpage regarding a return policy other than that they offer "30 day money back guarantee". However once you order from them and wait the >1 month to finally receive the items, only to find that they are cheap fabric (almost see-through), and cheaply constructed, and initiate a return via the email provided, you are then sent a link to a return policy page that is otherwise not available (https://pierceandporter.com/policies/refund-policy), which states that you are now responsible for international return shipping to HONG KONG. We were also informed by email by "Alvin Porter" that "The shipping costs to China start at a minimum of $20. Additionally, there is a high likelihood that your package may be held by customs, which could result in additional fees before your order reaches our warehouse in China. However, we are not responsible for these costs."

This company intentionally misleads consumers on three fronts: 1. That they are located in New York, and that that is where you are purchasing from. 2. Intentionally hiding return policies from the consumer (they are available NO WHERE on the website, nor in the checkout process). 3. That the clothing is high quality.
