This person calling himself, Jeffery Scott Freed, initially contacted me on eHaromy and quickly wanted to communicate via text so that we could share more pictures. “He” was extremely charming and attentive. “His” fake story that his wife passed away during child birth and that he has another son that is 12 years old, Jake. He was very guarded about his personal info and said that he had been stalked previously. He constantly talked about his “project” and eventually revealed that it was a bid on a road construction project in Canada. “He” pursued me for 6 weeks before finally asking for $10,000 assistance with the tender fee he was required to pay when he won this bid. He would make a plan to see him but never finalize them. He would avoid having video calls saying his phone was not good but constantly had video calls related to his “project”. BEWARE. Do not get emotionally invested in this person. It is all lies. And please do not give him any money.
