I ordered animated Halloween decorations. They were to be dueling banjo skeletons . Playing dueling banjo song , head turning looking at each other, dimensions 13 in x23 in x 38 in, adapter box to be included. Mine arrived after several contacts to them. Barely 15 inches tall,doesn't play anything ,eyes light only, no adapter. I contacted them requested refund. They stated their production was according to specifications. I have their web site added printed out. I paid $64.94. secondly receipt states 64.94 then all of a sudden a get a notice $113.64 charged to my pay pal account. I advised them this was a scam so they said they would correct to $64.94 which they did. now they want to offer me a 10% refund . I advised absolutely not . I want a refund. I did report to my credit card company. I don't want anyone else to get scammed.
