I have made a few purchases on Taobao. Taobao informed me that Piggy Express is the local carrier that delivers my package and is in the procession of shipping my goods. I have been trying to contact Piggy Express, but the customer service phone number on their website is fake; there is no actual facility or any point of contact you can contact. I then used their website chat function, and the agent's connection was extremely horrible; two of them used scripts like: "Your package is out for delivery; keep your eyes on it for the next 2-3 days; if you don't get it, contact us again." Then, they closed the chat. For over a week, I have been trying to contact Piggy Express and left a message letting them know that stealing packages or obtaining other people's property is illegal, refusing to return them. Their agent's response is: Thanks for informing us about the NY Penal Code. As a result, I lost thousands of dollars worth of goods because Piggy Express was scamming people's packages, alleging they were a legit carrier.
