Similar to prior complainant. Purchased product on 2/18 on Pikent.shop website with 10-15 day delivery. Contacted seller at email address of "[email protected]" on 2/28 for update and was provided tracking # for website "https://www.17track.net/". Tracking indicated delivery was completed on 3/8 to "Winter Springs, Fl" which was not the order delivery address. Contacted seller same day and reply stated: "Customer service has contacted relevant manager, please wait for a moment.". No further communication as occurred. Coincidentally, on 2/27, we were notified by our charge card provider of questionable charges and subsequently cancelled the card. I have no doubt the two events are related. I have reported the non-delivery to my charge card provider and have been credited for the charges...

On 2/06 I purchased a Broan-NuTone S69028000 Utility Fan Motor, Blade and Bracket SKU: BNVTSXRORRVV
I received a payment confirmation # from [email protected] stating I would receive the goods in 7-15 days.
In reviewing my statement I noticed that my payment for this item was processed through Great Britain and included an "International Transaction Fee"
The website states they are located in Lathan, NY, USA so it seems suspicious that the charge would be processed through the UK.
I responded to the Confirmation email requesting a tracking number and confirmation of your location. The response I received stated:
"Hello, your goods has been sent out, please check. Thank you!
Best Regards."
This did not make sense as a response to my question. I asked again for a tracking # and clarification but have not received a response.
I then went to their websites "Contact Us" section and emailed the address listed [email protected] with the above information.
I did not receive a response so I reported the fraud to my bank to dispute the charge. My bank asked for documentation for the dispute so I went to their website again and saw there is a different email listed [email protected] so I have emailed that one as well with all of the above info.
It has now been over a month since the purchase and I have not received the item
