Read all the reviews on line hmmmmed and haaaad and finally decided to buy my first ever Pinball machine from Roger at Pinballshore. Got the Highspeed 2 and it’s quite simply the dogs! I have to fight with the wife and the kids to get a go as they love it too. From making contact on the phone to delivery was less than a week. Machine unboxed and set up for me so professionally. I had a minor problem with the machine and the very next day Martin was out to put it right and I live in the back end of beyond! So after sales service is excellent all in all very satisfied and trying to decide if I should buy a Guns and Rosses or weight for the fabled Harry Potter. Either way they have a customer for life.

I just had the same thing happen to me with PinballShore except the amounts were different. He accepted an offer of $3500 including shipping for the machine I selected. I was so excited to get it. Anyway, after reporting several delays (some blamed on Covid), I got an email today asking me for $999 of which all but 5% would be refunded to me upon delivery since my shipment was being held in Georgia after being shipped from Texas. I called PinballShore and they said if I didn't pay the insurance and decline the order, I would end up being charged 30% of the original price for a restocking fee. I talked to the logistic company and I ask if I could just drive up to Georgia and pick up the machine. PinballShore said talk to the logistic company. The Logistic company said talk to PinballShore so I tried calling and only got voice mail, so I wrote him and said I was willing to drive to Georgia on my own and pick up the machine. Since then, no response. I think I called their bluff. So I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and with the https://www.ic3.gov to report an internet crime.

My MIL purchased a pinball machine through this online company. The company was found on a Google internet search for pinball machines. However, after payment was made and the order allegedly shipped, she received an email from the shipping company (very bad English, grammatically incorrect) that she had to pay nearly $1500 in delivery insurance due to international trade commission (that would be mostly refunded to her upon receipt) before it could be shipped further. Needless to say, there was no pinball machine.
